You are responsible for any text you type into or otherwise input to, the Neobook AI Platform (“Input”) and you represent to us that you have all necessary rights to use the Input with the Neobook AI Platform. You are also responsible for any content that is generated when you use the Neobook AI Platform (“Output”) at any stage, including editing, saving, publicly posting (including on social media), privately sharing or otherwise making the Output available.

As between you and Neobook, you own your Input and the corresponding Output, in each case to the extent allowable by law. You may not use your Input or the Neobook AI Platform in a way that may violate law, these terms or Neobook’s other policies, or anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights. You may not use the Neobook AI Platform in a way which may lead to unlawful or harmful Output.

You may use the Output for any legal purpose, but you are solely responsible for your use of the Output. Neobook provides no warranties that you will be able to claim copyright ownership of any Output or that the Output will not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Neobook is an open community and the Neobook AI Platform is designed for the benefit of our community members.

By using the Neobook AI Platform, you grant Neobook a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, irrevocable, and non-exclusive right to (a) store, copy, use, modify, reproduce, sublicense and distribute the Input in order to provide the Neobook AI Platform to you and to improve our services and those of the third party AI providers that we use in the Neobook AI Platform to provide the services to you, and (b) host, use, reproduce, create derivative works of, publicly display, sublicense, distribute, and modify the Output, in any media now known or hereafter developed.

If you use our AI Image Generator text-to-image feature, we may allow others to use and remix your images and prompts. By default, your Input and Output may be publicly viewable and remixable.

Many of the tools in the Neobook AI Platform utilize third-party AI models to generate the Output. The Neobook AI Platform and the Output are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, and Neobook does not warrant that the Output is accurate, reliable, correct, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose. You accept that any use of the Output is at your own risk and that Neobook has no liability related to or arising from your use of Neobook’s AI Platform or the Output.
