After a long day of shopping with Kaden and running into Ember I’m exhausted. We walk into the house and up to my room he sets my bags down in the corner of my room. “Thank you again today was perfect” I say while changing into some comfy clothes. His eyes are glued to my body, my face turns a bright red. I dig in my dresser for a T-shirt but Kaden interrupts me taking his off, and handing it to me. “Wear mine” he says handing me the shirt.
“Kaden you’ve been wearing this all day long” I respond giggling at him. His eyes dart to my door and he shouts “be right back don’t move” as he runs out my room. A few seconds later he runs back with what I assume is a clean shirt. He walks up to me slipping the shirt over my head and pulling it over my bust. His eyes explore my body. “Kaden love eyes are up here” I giggle. His eyes travel up my body until they meet with mine.
our bodies are so close, my heart is pounding. I want to feel his lips on mine again. I know this is wrong, what we’re doing is wrong but it just feels so right. He tilts my head up with his hand and presses a soft kiss on my lips. “You’re beautiful Bella” he whispers against my lips. My stomach is in knots, and feels tingly. I should stop but I don’t want this to end.
“Kaden…” I say ready to protest what we’re doing. “Bella shh, she doesn’t have to know but what I know is I can’t go a day without you” he says rubbing his thumb across my cheek. He’s right. I want this more than anything. I want him.
“saige.. I don’t do relationships but I want to with you.. but I’m scared that I’ll end up pushing you away” he admits speaking in a low tone. The way he’s speaking to me so soft and gentle, I didn’t even know was possible from him. I always thought he was just some egotistical hard ass who thought he was better than everyone. “I won’t let that happen but Kaden if we do this.. promise me it’ll be forever? Please don’t break my heart” I whisper to him.
“I promise Bella, I’ll do everything I can to make sure you never feel any type of bad way with me” he says kissing my forehead. Kaden.. me…? Me and Kaden a THING? Did that really just happen? I’m now in a relationship with Kaden… my best friends brother? I think…
he picks me up and gently throws me on my bed, attacking me with kisses, causing me to laugh endlessly. I guess this isn’t so bad after all. I just hope he stays this sweet.
After a while of talking about life things and such I pull out my laptop to put on a movie, I guess it’s become our thing now. “Absolutely not Saige, I’m fixing that tv right now” he demands shutting my laptop. “I will not stay another night in here letting you hog the screen so much I can’t even see the movie” he laughs getting up walking over to the tv.
he fiddles with a few wires and after about ten minutes the tv is on and working. I give him a small applause for fixing it “look at you being a handyman” I say in a joking tone. He walks back to the bed selecting Netflix on the tv, I reach for the remote so I can choose the movie but he holds it up so I can’t reach. “Kaden give me the remote” I demand.
“no ma’am, I fixed the tv so I pick the movie” he rejects pushing my hand down. I roll my eyes at him, as he scrolls through to pick a movies. After what seems like thirty minutes he decides that we’re watching the fast and furious. It’s a good movie but mine would’ve been better. He pulls me closer to him where I’m now laying on his chest.
I begin to fall asleep in the middle of the movie but then my phone rings. I sit up reaching over for it and Kaden asks “who is it”. I look at the screen and it’s Kambrie calling. I look at Kaden warning him to be quiet “it’s your sister” I say as my face turns pale.
I answer the phone “hey kam what’s up” I ask through the speaker. “Oh hey, do you know if Kaden is still up?” She asks. “Oh I’m not sure, I can check but what’s going on?” I question. “Well.. I was with Lucas at the bar but he just got into a fight and I need him to come pick me up” she slurs. My eyes dart over to Kaden who rolls his eyes at his sisters words. “Okay kam send me the address I’ll go see if he’s up and we’ll be there shortly” I tell her and then hang up the phone.
“I need to change first” I say looking down at his T-shirt that im wearing. I get up to grab a different shirt but he walks up behind me picking me up and is carrying me out to the car. “Kaden are you serious she’s gonna know” I scold. He sits me in the passenger seat shutting the door and getting in on the other side of the car. “I don’t care but she’s probably to drunk to notice.” He says giving me a wink.
we drive to kams location and get out the car once we arrive. Kam and Lucas are standing outside the bar, Lucas’ shirt is covered in blood but from the look of him it’s not his. “Saige! Kadennn! You’re here” kam slurs while walking up to us. “You’re the best brother and best friend everrr, totally a life saver” she tells us.
“go get her in the car, I’ll get Lucas“ Kaden says pointing to the car. I grab on to kams arm because she pretty unstable and help her to the car. She gets in the backseat and I get in the front. “So do you wanna tell me why you’ve been at Lucas’ house so much” i questions raising my eyebrows. “Well… we’ve kinda been hooking up since i came and visited for spring break” she admits.
my mouth drops open, “WHAT and you didn’t think to tell me” I squeal after hearing what she said. So I’m dating my best friends brother and she’s hooking up with her brothers best friend. “Kaden doesn’t know but I doubt he’ll care I mean honestly if you and Kaden became a thing or whatever I wouldn’t care” she says defending herself. Wait- she just said she wouldn’t care? I’m literally dating her brother as of two hours ago. I just laugh at her, I know my face is probably so red right now.
“wait- saige look at me” she says and I slowly turn around. “Are you and my brother a thing? I totally overheard some girls talking about it in the bar and now you’re acting weird after I said that” she asks. My face is probably as white as a ghost now. “Um.. well.. as of two hours ago.. maybe?” I say. Oh god, she’s gonna kill me. This is not how I wanted her to find out. “I knew that shirt looked familiar” she scoffs rolling her eyes. Great. My best friend is pissed at me.
kaden and Lucas walk up to the car and get in. Kambrie slaps the side of Kadens head and shouts at him “you could’ve at least asked before fucking my best friend you prick”. His eyes widen, he turns his head looking at me now and I just throw my hands up. “She asked and found out on her own over hearing some girls talking about it in the bar and then of course this shirt was a dead give away” i gesture to the shirt.
“Kambrie I didn’t fuck her firstly, secondly don’t act like you’re not fucking my best friend” he yells pointing at Lucas. “Oh for fuck sakes, Kadens with Saige, Kambries and I have been hooking up, now we all know the truth so what the fuck does it matter” Lucas shouts at the both of them.
kamrbie crosses her arm and looks out the window as Kaden turns around to drive us home. I hope she doesn’t hate me.
We pull up to the beach house and we all get out. As we walk inside Kambrie storms up to her room and Lucas follows her. “Well that just happened” i mutter. “Bella it’s okay, she’ll get over it come on let’s get some sleep” he says leading me up the stairs to my room.
we get back in my bed, I try to go back to sleep but I can’t. I keep tossing and turning. The thought of kam being mad at me running through my head over and over.
”baby.. stop thinking about it, it’s gonna be fine” Kaden assured me but I don’t know if everything will be fine. He lifts my chin up pressing a kiss on my lips and then trailing down to my neck. I let out a gasp, not expecting this. His hands go to my thighs as he pulls his shirt that I’m wearing up exposing my bra.
he takes his hand leaning me forward with one and undoing the clasp of my bra with the other. My bare chest is now exposed to him. His eyes are filled with hunger. “Is this okay?” He asks while making eye contact with me. I shake my head yes giving him approval but that wasn’t good enough. “I need words bella” he whispers against my neck. “Yes” i pant.
he trails down my neck once again and makes his way to my breast. He starts kissing the both of them making sure they both get the same attention. My breath fastens, I’ve never felt this way before. It’s all so.. new? He continues to go down, removing my shorts first and then my white laced panties. He kisses each side of my thighs before kissing right above the spot I want him most. “Kaden” I moan wanting to feel him. He places a small kiss on my bud before letting his tongue escape. He twirls his tongue on my bud causing me to let out a quiet moan.
he continues to go at different speeds in motions, I began to feel a knot form into my stomach, feeling as if it will burst at any second now, “kaden I think I’m about to..” he cuts me off “Saige don’t finish until I say” he says breathing against me. This almost feels impossible. My chest is moving up and down rapidly as he continues to move his mouth against me. Just when I feel like I’m gonna burst into pieces the words come out of his mouth. “Finish for me bella”. Before i can’t even process what he says a rush of feeling jolt through my body, I let out a moan and a few cuss words “fuck Kaden”. He proceeds to get up going to the bathroom and bringing out a warm rag wiping the mess up.
he climbs back into the bed helping me put my panties and shirt back on. My legs are shaking uncontrollably. He pulls me into his chest and places a few kisses on my lips. I lay my head on his chest and slowly drift into a deep sleep.
