Kadens POV

i wake up to a buzzing noise, I thought it was my phone but it’s not. It’s saiges phone. I try to ignore it and convince myself not to read it, but I instinctively pick it up clicking it on, two new messages from Giovanni “good morning, I picked you up an application today see ya on Monday” another one saying “I hope we can hang out more last night was really fun” my god this guy has no chill.

I grab the phone silencing it so she doesn’t wake, she deserves to sleep in today after dealing with my shit last night. Kam went and stayed with Lucas last night so I don’t have to worry about moving out of her bed. I lay there admiring her endless beauty. As much as I hate to admit it I’m glad those guys jumped me or she still may not be talking to me.

her eyes flutter open, and she groans “good morning” rolling onto her side resting her hands on my chest. “Good morning Bella” I say as I twirl a piece of her hair. “Kaden, as much as I love this we can’t keep doing this kam will kill me” she sighs.

“well kams at Lucas’ for a few days so no rush to end this” I say gesturing to the two of us. A smile shows across her face, I lean in kissing her forehead “want me to make some breakfast” I ask knowing she’s always hungry in the morning and probably didn’t eat much last night. “Pleaseee” she pleads placing a small kiss on my lips. After that I would do anything she asks. I get up putting my shirt back on, I can feel her eyes burning into the back of me. “I don’t wanna get uppp” she whines. I look back at her, she now has the covers over her head, I take the covers off of her scooping her off of the bed “well don’t”. I walk down stairs carrying her to the kitchen. I sit her down on the edge of the counter and hand her a glass of lemon water. She smiles at me, I could get used to seeing that.

I open the cabinet grabbing the pancake mix. I pour some of the batter on the pan adding some cut up strawberries. On the other pan I add a few eggs cooking them how she likes them.

once all the food is cooked I make her a plate and pick her up moving her to the chair. “Here my Bella, eat” I wink at her. “You’re the best, this is delicious” she says while eating her food. I sit across from her eating mine, I wonder if she wants to do anything today. “Do you need to go anywhere today, I can take you” I offer to her. “Actually.. yes I need to go shopping for more clothes” she answers. Great, I just signed myself up for shopping with Saige, if she’s still the same as she was when she was sixteen then we will be there all day long.

I nod my head agreeing to take her. When she’s finished eating I grab our plates putting them in the dishwasher. “I’m gonna get ready” she says walking upstairs. I decide to do the same so I go to my room picking out a black T-shirt and some black joggers. I walk back down stairs waiting for Saige to be finished getting ready.

a few minutes go by and she walks down stairs, her hairs curled with some minimal make up, and she’s wearing a short light peach dress. “ready” I ask, getting a nod in response. We walk outside getting in the car.

i decide to take her to the mall instead of the small boutiques she’s been going to. We park the car and start making our way inside. “Oh my goshhh this mall is huge, nothing like the one back home” she squeals. “Which store first Bella” I ask ready to get this trip started.

she walks into Victoria Secret and I follow in shame. Great real great Bella. You have people giving me dirty looks. I would never say it out loud that it’s embarassing because I wouldn’t want to hurt her feelings. She looks around picking up a few items and all I can do is picture them on her. She starts walking to the checkout line when the lady tells her the price she reaches for her purse but I hand the lady my card before she’s able to protest.

She looks at me furiously “Kaden you didn’t have to do that, I could’ve got it” she scolds. I just ignore her. She’ll never have to pay when she’s with me.

After hours of shopping we stop by the food court. I know she’s probably hungry again, we both agree on Mongolian food, she orders what she wants and I order what I want. I slide my card to the cashier and grab our food. We sit at an empty table, “thanks for today it was really nice” she said with a warm smile. “Anytime bella” I reply.

We make our way back to the car, I insisted on carrying all her bags. As we walk back I hear a voice, that I warned to never speak to me again. “You left me for that bitch” ember shouts towards us. I flip her off trying to go make a big scene in front of saige. But it wasn’t me I had to worry about. “Excuse me” saige shouts. “You know what ember I’m tired of your shit, speak about me like that again and I will make sure you never walk through the halls or anywhere at that without being completely humiliated” she yells. Okay I think that’s enough, I grab her wrist leading her into the car.

I sit all her shopping bags in the car and get inside the driver side. “What is she talking about you left her” saige questions. “Well when everything happened with Jade and you lost your shit I told her we were done and to never speak to me again” I answer honestly. Her face is covered in confusion. I grab her hands and look her in her eyes “if you don’t like them neither do I Bella” I say kissing her hand. Her face is blank, making it hard for me to read her feelings. She leans over kissing me on my lips, I rest my hand on then nape of her neck making the kiss deeper. “Bella..” I groan looking into her eyes.

“I will make you my girl one day” I whisper giving her one more kiss.
