MIDNIGHT

I walked through the town as I noticed how dark it already was. I arrived at my hut and walked in as I spent 5 minutes there. I grabbed a piece of paper and a pencil as I drew deadeye. I finished my drawing as I mumbled.

"Mmh. Looks good" i mumbled to myself. I walked out of my hut as I sighed. I need to look for deadeye, and quick. I ran to my dads hut as I opened it a bit, noticing him sleeping peacefully on his bed. I walked in quietly as I looked through the papers. "Where is it, where is it, where is it?" I asked myself as I looked through them. I saw the dragons he was supposed to sell, the weapons most expensive, his goals, a map of his hut, a map of the island. A map of the island! I grabbed it quickly as I looked through it.

There were drawings of the huts and the forests. Behind of all of the huts was a drawing of a caged dragon. I looked over to my dad as he slept peacefully. I looked at the dragons he was supposed to sell as I widened my eyes. It was a whole list! Loads of them! I frowned madly at my dad.

He wasn't going to get anywhere near those dragons. I took a look at the map of his hut as I looked around and back at the map. It was all correct in the same places. There was a cylindrical drawing with a dragon head, the dragon eye. He had it. I started to look for it between boxes and stuff he had, I found it finally as I walked out quickly with it and the map of the island. 

I walked past the houses. 

2 MINS LATER OF WALKING

I finally reached the cages as I heard multiple growls. I looked at all the cages as I walked past all of them as I saw a cage. A beige blanket covering it. I smiled as I picked up the blanket, letting it fall onto the ground. I yelped as a triple strike striked at me with its tail. I barely missed it as I quickly covered it again. I looked around as a familiar roar came from afar. 

"Smidvarg" I mumbled as I ran to the roaring. I saw the little white dragon roaring for freedom, once seeing me he calmed down. I ran over to him as I freed him, he licked my face as I giggled. "I need to find deadeye, do you know where she is?" I asked smidvarg as he loudly purred. He ran off as I followed him.

I noticed a cage far away from me as deadeye's eye looked at me. She happily purred as I ran to her. I smiled happily as I arrived at the cage, I pet deadeye meanwhile she looked at me with happiness in her eyes. She purred and saw smidvarg. I opened deadeye's cage and got on her. I put the dragon eye in my small bag. Smidvarg got on my back, and deadeye flew up. I remembered the deal as I looked at my fathers hut. 

"deadeye, we can't leave." I told her as she looked confused at me. "we made a deal with my dad. We can't break it." She whined as she landed back on the ground. I got off of her as I heared sounds in the bushes. "whose there?" I asked as I frowned and quickly grabbed my axe from my back. The same boy from before came out as he crossed his arms. 

"A deadly nadder?" He raised an eyebrow at smidvarg. "what is that?" 

"Smidvarg." I said as I made the grasp on my axe stronger. "What are you doing here?" I asked.   

"I followed you" He said as he checked deadeye out. Looking at her up and down. "Is that your dragon?!"        

"No" I said as my eyes were widened. Deadeye looked at me as I looked at her and back at him. 

"That's your dragon..." He said quietly and he smirked. "I have to tell viggo that you let it out" 

"No!" I said as he turned around about to run. I grabbed his arm quickly, letting my axe fall to the ground. I pulled him back as he raised an eyebrow at me. "dont tell him"

"Strong one" He mumbled. "I won't tell him if you do me a favour." Oh this wasn't going to be good. 

"I'm not doing it" I said as I walked to deadeye. He ran off as I started opening every single dragons cage. Shoutings were heard as they got closer. I finished opening all of them, getting on deadeye and flying up into the dark sky. Arrows were shot to me and deadeye as I dodged them. I noticed my dad with his arms crossed, watching me from afar. I frowned. A hard metal chain grabbed deadeye by the foot as I gasped. "What?! No! Deadeye!" I said, I looked down at svein. Deadeye hit the ground heavily as svein walked over to me.  

"I'll let you go if you send a little message to hiccup haddock." He said as I nodded.

Deadeye flew closer to the edge as my eyes got sleepy and weak. I touched the side of my face as I looked at the blood at my fingers. I touched my nose and lips as more blood came onto my fingers. I sighed as I noticed how much blood was on my face. Blood kept on going down from the side of my face. Tears formed in my eyes as I sat up straight. 

"Even though he... made me bleed much... I also made him bleed..." I said to deadeye weakly, at the same time she looked worried at me. Deadeye landed at the stables as I got off of her, my legs stumbled around as I fell onto the ground. My eyes, slowly drifting off to darkness.
