Alice stepped toward Elliott and said, “Kay is the one fighting. Please help her.” Elliott said, “go with Dillon, let your brother know what happened.” Alice nodded and ran off with Dillon while Elliott ran towards the fighting. When he got there though the fight was over and he could see Kay in a cart blindfolded with her hands bound just before they closed the curtain and began to leave. They didn’t move quickly not wanting to draw attention to themselves so, Elliott was able to keep an eye on them he left signs for Dillon to follow them as he went.
When they reached a house away from the city, he moved closer and saw them take Kay out of the cart and in the house. He looked around the house for an entrance that was more likely unguarded or less guarded. He saw, a tree near the house with a window close enough to use, and wondered if it was unlocked. He climbed up the tree and walked out on the branch close to the window once he got there, he tried to open it and found it was locked. As he started to head back the branch broke out from under him and he fell to the ground.
He rolled to his side and tried to catch his breath as he moved out of sight in case anyone heard the noise. He was glad when nobody came around to check after a minute. He then made his way to the back door to see if it was unlocked. When he got there, he found that it was not only unlocked but unguarded. He slipped in and started to go down the stairs when he heard some voices and hid out of sight just before they could see him.
He then snuck up behind them and knocked them out before they had a chance to tell anyone he was there so they would still have an escape route. He hid them in a room nearby, took there keys, and headed downstairs as he looked for Kay trying not to get caught. He checked a couple of rooms before he found a room filled with smoke. He found the Key and unlocked the door then started to go in when he was knocked down and had a dagger to his neck as Kay held him down. He quickly said, “Kay it’s me.”
