Lucas chuckled a little as she got mad at him. this caught Elliott off guard he didn’t know Kay knew Prince Lucas and then he was concerned when she dropped his title.
Unfortunately, Lucas’s escorts had just rounded the corner and heard her. They were also unaware of Kay knowing the prince, his attendants knew though, and had no reaction to Kay scolding him as soon as they saw her. However, one of the escorts stepped forward. His name is Evan, he had jet black hair and brown eyes. He was clearly unhappy with the way she spoke to Lucas and said, “soldier Kay that is no way to address let alone speak to a royal.”
Lucas stepped between Evan and Kay and said, “how she addresses me is my concern is it not?” Evan agreed then Lucas said, “that’s good because she has had my permission to speak and address me as she did for a long time now and I would prefer her to continue to do so. She is one of the few people whose opinion I trust. I do hope you understand.” Evan agreed and Lucas turned back to Kay with a mischievous smile and said, good now back to the more fun conversation. Prince Elliott, do you mind if I steal little Kay from you for a moment?” Kay was suspicious of him immediately but said nothing. Elliott looked at Kay before agreeing when she seemed relaxed even while giving the prince of serpent’s sanctuary a suspicious glare to witch Lucas just smiled more.
Elliott then turned to Kay and said, “we’ll continue our conversation after your done talking.” Kay nodded slightly then Rachel, one of Lucas’s attendants a girl with light brown hair and emerald green eyes walked up to Kay with a slight smile and said, “kay Hun, can you help us real prince Lucas in a little.” Kay smiled at her and said, “I already planned on talking to him about not staying with you guys.” Rachel relaxed a little and said, “thank you so much.” His other attendants came up and thanked her as well which surprised Elliott even more.
After they thanked her Kay looked at Lucas and said, “Prince Lucas! Have you been given your attendants a lot of trouble?” Lucas flinched and put his hands up with a slight smile and said, “no more than usual.”
