Grayson gave her a sad knowing smile he could tell Kay had feelings for either Lucas or Elliott but he didn’t know which at this time. So, he nodded his head and said, “well then if they don’t and you do end up married to that guy and he doesn’t treat you well come tell me okay.” Kay smiled and said, “I can take care of myself but I appreciate that.” Kay then felt something shift around her as she sensed danger approaching suddenly there was a scream and someone came out of the crowd behind Elliott with a knife. Kay pulled him away as she spun then grabbed the hand with the knife of the attacker and spun him around twisting his arm behind his back as she was forcing him to release the knife.
