Dillon was shocked and was trying to figure out which was Kay and which was Alice but Elliott knew Kay was the one in the black dress. Xavier wasn’t happy he couldn’t tell which was which but that didn’t stop him from looking them both up and down. Then Kay and Alice danced as Lucas and Lilly Danced after a few minutes they switched partners it was how they started the ball once each of them danced a few minutes with each other everyone else could join.
Kay stayed next to Alice most of the night when she wasn’t with Alice, she kept her eyes on her without being too obvious. Kay was happy everyone was having fun as they danced. Lucas noticed Elliott had glanced in Kay’s direction several times and wondered if he could tell who was who. he then saw Xavier glancing between both Kay and Alice as he looked them both up and down. Lucas didn’t like how Xavier was looking at Alice and Kay, the more Lucas watched Xavier the more he didn’t like him and thought ‘he shouldn’t get the opportunity to marry one of my sisters.’
Dillon still couldn’t figure out which one was Kay and had pretty much given up on it. At some point Kay noticed someone leading Alice outside and decided to follow and keep an eye on her. when she caught up to her more men surrounded them, Alice held onto Kays hand as they came up. Kay watched them as closely as she could while keeping Alice close. As Kay looked around someone caught Alice and had a knife to her forcing Kay to surrender.
When she did the men led Kay and Alice further from the party. Then out of the castle threw an exit where the guards had been missing. When they were going through, they had removed the knife from Alice Kay attacked and knocked the knife out of his hands and signaled for Alice to run. Alice took off quickly to get help as Kay kept them from going after Alice. The men teamed up on her and caught her but not before Alice got away.
They decided to go with Kay and let Alice go knowing she was probably already getting the guards.
