As Kay said their name, she indicated to them and Jack seemed to notice them for the first time but just gave them a quick nod before turning back to Kay and saying, “interesting I didn’t know you knew two of the princes from the next two Kingdoms. What is your relationship with them?”
Before Kay could say anything, Elliott rode up beside Kay along with Lucas kay had moved her horse as she heard them approach. They then moved on either side of Kay forcing Jack further away from her as Lucas said, “who we are to Kay is our business I ask that you respect that thank you.” Kay relaxed a little when they joined her, she was glad they were with her she didn’t know how much longer she could stand to talk to him. Jack wasn’t happy that Lucas and Elliott interrupted his conversation with Kay. Elliott looked at Kay and noticed she relaxed a little and wondered briefly if Jack was who she was engaged to. Jack turned to his men and pointed at Lucas and Elliott his men then moved to separate Kay from them.
When they did Jack moved beside her once more as his men kept Lucas and Elliott from coming near her again. Kay gave him a tight smile and said, “if your men continue to keep me away from the prince, I serve I will consider that as a threat to his safety and defend him.” His men immediately broke ranks and let both Elliott and Lucas through not knowing who the prince she served was. They moved back to her side trying not to, laugh a little then Lucas asked, “how badly did you beat them in order for them to listen to your warning so quickly?” Kay narrowed her eyes at him and Lucas said, “okay I get it, no questions about other kingdoms.”
Kay shook her head a little and went back to looking forward with a small smile. After they entered the Kingdom, they headed straight for the castle. When they got there, they were escorted to the throne room, where King Grayson was talking with Princes Jade. Grayson had salt and pepper hair and aqua-blue eyes, Jade had black hair and grass-green eyes. When they entered Grayson and Jade looked toward them and smiled.
