Kyle doubted her words but he knew he wasn’t going to get her to tell him so he climbed on his horse and got ready to go. Elliott tied his bag to his horse and climbed on when everyone was ready, they left for the spot he had picked out which was closer to the middle of King’s pass. He had found this place when he was a kid and wanted to train here but hadn’t had a reason until now. As they rode Kay let her thoughts and worries drift away and just enjoyed being in the woods away from everything that now felt crushing to her. She knew once her parents read the note it was likely they would call her back to discuss what she wrote to them, and that it was likely she wouldn’t be allowed to come back.
