Kay forced herself up and walked over toward Grayson and said, “neither of them would have done this, I trust them completely and I know they’re not the type of people to drug anyone.” Grayson nodded and said, “your right, I’m sorry it doesn’t make since for them to drug you but then who do you think did it?” Kay relaxed and said, “I don’t know.” Just then Kay lost her strength and began to fall they all moved to catch her but Elliott was the closest and was the one to catch her. he turned her over and checked her pulse as Lucas and Grayson came over and Lucas asked, “what happened? Is she okay?”
Kay opened her eyes for a second before closing them again. Elliott relaxed a little and said, “she’s fine she just passed out. we’ll need to keep an eye on her tonight though. I’m not sure what drug she was given and I don’t know what the effects are.” He picked her up and Grayson said, “you guys can use the rooms you changed in earlier for the night. I can have a couple of the maids help her change.” Elliott nodded and began to head for the rooms but before he got to Kays room he stopped and said, “we can’t put her in her room. We still don’t know who drugged her or why. We should put her in one of our rooms we need to keep an eye on her anyway and this will be better.” Lucas nodded and said, “your right, she should stay in your room since you know how to help her if she gets worse it would be better to have her near you.”
As he spoke Lucas opened Elliott’s door Elliott took her in and put her on the bed. The maids came in as Elliott came out, they helped her to change and took her hair down when they were done, they covered her up and left the room. Lucas and Elliott went back in with Grayson, Elliott said, “we should put a couple of guards in her room as well. if I’m right the person who drugged her will go there tonight.” Lucas sent his guards to her room then Elliott said, “since they will be in her room you should stay in here it would probably make Kay feel better as well.” Lucas agreed and pulled up a chair to sit in while they waited for the drugs to wear off.
