lilly felt as though all her muscles were Basically rocks; she knew that moving was something she needed to do; pushing herself up from the hospital bed and carefully swinging her legs over to the side and allowed her feet to touch the cold ground; she pushed herself up and walked towards the door; feeling the door handle and pushing it sightly open.

"lilly! You are not suppose to be out walking on your own!" a nurse scolded her as he gripped lilly by her elbow easing her into a simple stance. "you know we are suppose to care for you"

Lilly grimanced at the tone of his voice. She had known jacob to a friendly nurse but she also tend to forget that he would scold her as well. Walking down the hallway slowly she felt like she was going to explode any moment; her thighs felt like someone decided to light fire underneath her, groaning she had to continue.

"your dad and matt and a few others are in the waiting area; did you want to see them?" jacob asked as he helped lilly steady herself. "y-yes" she managed to say. Lilly pushed herself to continue; willing her body to move. She kept a slow pace using her hands against the wall and cold ground to keep her secure; she was lucky that she had ground level; or that jacob was near, lilly had come to enjoy his presence and he would constantly tell her about his boyfriend and their adopted son. He told her about his transitioning from being janeilla to Jacob and how not many people wanted him as their nurse in fear of him pretending to be different. Lilly had smiled once listening to his story. She Honestly wouldnt want anyone else as her caretaker. She managed to get to the waiting room as heard a bunch of feet shuffling.

"LILLY OH MY GOD!" screamed the highly energetic japanese girl; miko.

"you're looking exhausted" ralph commented glancing at how lilly was using jacob as a support. "lilly are you feeling better?" came optimus reply as he stood up. "I've been doing my best; it hurts but i wont get better unless i do"

"i understand; who is that person! And why is he holding you!" came the reply of the one she loved. "hes my nurse; its his job to help me" she smiled in his direction. "i see but he could"

"matt, trust me! Im pretty sure you're more his type than i am because i dont the part that he likes" lilly stated as jacob tried his hardest to hold in a laughter. Jack and ralph even miko did too. Megatron however was confused his purple eyes narrowing in confusion as he tried to put the pieces together.

"lilly i still dont understand what part do. Not have? I mean you have arms; legs; a stomach? A neck? Head? Eyes. Nose. Mouth. Ears. Fingers. Toes? So what am i missing here?" this time jacob really did laugh. As he kept steady hold of lilly.

"your boyfriend aint from here is he?" jacob asked through his laughing fit. "sadly no but its adorable" she spoke reaching for him as Megatron brought lilly into his grasp. "i still dont understand what part am i missing"

Lilly leaned into him whispering in his ear as his eyes widen in shock before he looked back to Jacob. "you like men?!" he asked more curious than shocked; he assumed that men and women only went for each other. "yep! I am also a transgendered person" he said as lilly began walking around to help gain more access of strength in her legs. "if you feel sore and you need to stop; let me know" he stated.

"how did you change? Is that something everyone does?" optimus asked as him and Megatron watched lilly. "not always; sometimes people dont feel like themselves because they feel like a different person; i didn't feel like a woman; so i decided to transition. When i did i was happier; i met my boyfriend; adopted our son and became a nurse. Sadly not everyone wanted me because once they found out i was considered gross and a abomination to them"

"but i like you!" lilly exclaimed loudly as though jacob was a friend to her. She felt he was. He stopped and backed away from lilly as she did too. Megatron was about to go hold her but jacob stopped him. "dont, lilly has to do this; ok lilly listen to the sound of my voice and walk towards it until i say stop" lilly nodded at his words.

"go" lily began to move on her own; her body screaming to stop but she continued on with moving; she felt on fire as though being roasted alive. She could feel sweat roll off her. "keep going" came jacobs reply again as he didnt stop once; he wanted her to get better; he knew it was his job but he also came to like the girl. Lilly nodded allowing her feet to guide her as she had no wall to press her hand against; no one help guide her; she knew jacob was doing this to help her be able to do it on her own. Almost there; come on butterfly" he smiled as he gave her that nickname when first met her.

(flash back to a few months ago)

"nurse jacob? I must inform you; shes been injured pretty badly; she is also blind" a doctor stated giving him the report; as jacob looked through it. "blind; 20s; single, 5'4; blonde hair. Bluish/green eyes. Multiple abrasions; broken ribs. Unable to have children due to having an Injured pelvis and legs, what the hell did this girl through a fucking beating?" he asked with serious concern in his voice. Before making his way to room. He pushed open the door to see lilly laying in bed. "hi, im your nurse jacob, i promise we'll get you feeling better! I am to see to that and you butterfly will once again spread your wings and fly" lilly looked towards the voice and smiled gently. She knew she liked him and felt as though he knew how do his job. "thanks; but i am so sore" she stated as jacob walked towards her standing beside her. "follow my lead" lilly nodded as he guided her to sit up and even place her legs on the ground. "i hate to do this lilly but i do have check to see about your pelvis" lilly nodded a bit uncomfortable with a man seeing her down there. "you have nothing to worry about; you have nothing that would excite me" jacob said as lilly giggled at that which made her relax knowing he wasn't interested in women. She opened her legs slightly to allow him to be able to a checkup. Jacob gently pressing against her and checking her bones was happy they healed nicely. But you will not be able to concieve children; i am sorry for that"

Lilly smiled gently as he stood up taking the gloves off and throwing them away as he washed his hands in the nearby sink before putting new gloves on. "i Honestly didnt want to give birth; that sounds scary to me and i am not ready to be a mother; also i think my boyfriend would have a heartattack if i showed up pregnant" jacob laughed as he smiled allowing lilly to sit up and move her legs to and from the bed. They kept up that routine to ensure she could get some strength into her body.

"your doing amazing. You got this butterfly" jacob said as lilly nodded pushing herself to keep going as she wanted to get stronger; stronger to show him. Stronger to be able to do things on her own. She wanted to show that she wasnt that weak scared girl in that dark place anymore. She knew she had ptsd from it and even would wake up in sweats from the terrible memories. She could feel everything that was happening and couldn't get rid of the horrible sensation that was inside her. Feeling that claw and the cuts. She never wanted to relive that ever. She felt tears fall as jacob Suddenly stopped.

"hey you are ok; you are doing great" he said gently. Lilly shook her head. "its not that"

"we dont need to talk about it; it must cause a lot of pain for you so lets focus on getting you stronger; like i said before we are going to get you moving like the beautiful butterfly you are and you are going to proudly flap those little wings!"

Lilly smiled at that.

Lilly pushed herself as she made it to jacob and gripped onto his shoulders before exclaiming loudly "I AM A BUTTERFLY!" she hugged jacob as he smiled gently hugging her back. "you're doing amazing, butterfly" he said as matt/megatron rushed over embracing lilly into a hug and kissing her head. "butterfly?" he questioned as kyle smiled watching the whole event "you did it; my little flower; you did it"

everyone cheered at the accomplishments lilly had made; she smiled hearing everyones cheers and how proud of her they was. "i called her butterfly when i first met her because she reminded me of one; shes got the wings of one. Meaning shes going to fly and make it" jacob said.

"thank you; without you i wouldnt have gotten stronger. I would've just given up. because i felt weak. Ugly" Megatron kissed her once again. "i thank you for being so helpful towards her"

"don't worry about it matt, its my job" the two shook hands as lilly decided to walk back to her room. megatron helped her this time as jacob continued to guide her. Kyle following suit. "lilly i am proud of you"

"thank you daddy" she spoke before collapsing onto her bed and allowing sleep to take over. She smiled into pillow as megatron stayed. His purple eyes holding so much adoration for her. She was strong in her own way; not letting the blindness bother her. He loved how she looked at life as though she could see. He loved being the one she fell for. How she constantly melted him. He would go get her the moon infact hes thought about bringing the moon to her. He would even give her the stars. If it meant she was happy. He loved her. So he would Definitely put "get lilly the moon" into a thought for now. because he wanted to give her something out of this world. Something that would make her smile. But how would he bring the moon into earth. He would worry about that later. He smiled as he watched her sleep before kissing her forehead.
