A short side journey from the Shadow Color world!
Rin finds herself lost in Time Lock Forest after a unexpecting downpour showered the area and causes her to go astray from the main path. As she sits under a dry tree and considers her options on how to find her way home without accidently passing through the red gate, which is believed to be a portal to another world, a star showers fills the sky as what is mistaken to be a star, falls from the sky and crashes into the earth. After investigating, Rin learns the star is a celestial fox named Rei, whose power had suddenly burst from its body and scattered across the land causing him to lose his celestial form. As Rin offers to help Rei return home, they learn they need to collect Rei’s missing spirit fragments for him to help Rin and for him to return to his home. But during their journey, Rin begins to question if she is still in her own world or if she had gone too deep into Time Lock Forest while Rei fears the journey might be unsafe for Rin who does not possess unknown powers. Will Rin and Rei be able to assist each other in returning home? Or will Rin be forever trapped in an unfamiliar world with Rei who will be forever stuck as a small, powerless wisp spirit?
