You can create a Neobook account using your email or Facebook/Google+ account.

To create an account on the web:

• Go to https://neobook.org/ and click the button Sign up.
• Enter your valid email and click on Send code. You will get a email with a 4-digit confirmation code. Not getting confirmation code?.
• If you create account using Facebook/Google+ account, make sure you are logged into your Facebook/Google+ account on the web. Select the Facebook/Google+ button in the sign up window.
• Fill in the required fields, create a password and press Sign up.

When confirming email or when resetting password you are to get a email from us with a confirmation code.

Email with a confirmation code not received:

• Check your spam folder;
• Wait for about an hour as email sending could have been delayed;
• Check the accuracy of your email address.

If tips listed above did not help, please submit a request to our help center, providing your email linked to your account.

Community Guidelines outlines the standards that all Neobook community members must follow. We reserve the right to remove any content or accounts that violate Neobook’s policies. We do not restore conten and accounts that have been removed for violating Neobook guidelines and policies.
